What we collect

If you place an order, request a quote or open a trade account, we collect the details you give us: name, business name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and the contents of your order or enquiry.

If you only browse, we collect technical information your browser sends — IP address, browser type, pages viewed — which is used to keep the site working and secure.

We do not collect payment card details on this site.

Why we use it

To process and deliver orders, to operate trade accounts, to answer enquiries, to keep records required by Tanzanian tax and company law, and to protect the site against abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who else sees it

Delivery partners receive the address and contact details needed to complete a delivery. Our accounting system holds invoice and customer records. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data on our instructions in order to run the site.

We disclose information to a public authority only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order, invoice and account records are kept for as long as tax and company law requires. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept only as long as they are useful, and then deleted.

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function: your language preference and the contents of your cart. It does not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices
